Writing the perfect press release
A press release is about the story! It’s not about listing the information you want to deliver. This is all about you and your project’s mission – people in general and journalists in particular love human interest stories – so this should be the focus.
Answers to the following question should be the basis of a “release story”:
· How have you benefitted?
· What inspired you?
· What do you want people take away from the press release?
